ROSARIO LAWNS
The mission of Rosario Lawns is to provide everyone with access to recreation, dining, and create a sense of community in the Rosario district of Orcas Island. We welcome residents, visitors, family and friends to enjoy and connect with each other and this beautiful space. We seek to provide management that will protect the current opportunities and strive to enhance the space in the future. We look forward to accomplishing this goal with your involvement and support.

​What’s New This Year
We’ve been hard at work this winter revitalizing the Beach House into a vibrant gathering place for everyone to enjoy. Join us in the mornings for café offerings with breakfast bites and espresso on the deck, or stop by in the afternoon for a refreshing drink right on the water.
​
The hotel is now under new ownership and management, with renovations underway. Beginning in May, the Beach House lobby will feature a check-in and guest services desk. You’ll also find a variety of on-site activities, including kayak rentals, whale watching tours, e-bike rentals, and moped rentals, all operating from newly renovated spaces.
​
We’re also expanding the dock store to better serve boaters, along with enhancing the selection at the new and growing Beach House space.​
Opening Highlights
Outdoor Pool: Opens by June 15 and remains open through early September
Harbor Bar & Grill: Reopening May 16, 2026
Beach House: Opening in phases beginning early May

property owners Recreation Area EASEMENT Access
*Only available to Rosario Property Owners*
This annual registration provides Rosario Property Owners and their immediate family members with access to the seasonal outdoor pool & shower house, and use of the recreation area. A parking pass can be purchased for an additional cost. We encourage you to register online, this is faster and will enhance the communication you receive from us. If you wish to register in non digitally you can do so by picking up a form in the Beach House after May 15th and deposit it with your payment in the Drop Box. These are the only two methods by which we will accept payment.
